Concession card
Concession or health care card, if you have one.
Photo ID
Something with your name on it, if you have it.

Face to face information and advice, one to one — with an interpreter if you need one.
Step 3
Get help there and then
Payment plans, hardship help, and other supports on the day.
Step 4
Leave with a plan
Clear next steps, and someone to follow up if you need it.
